All of our Wooden Bali Prefab Houses are designed by our architects and engineers, based on 40
years of International experience in Timber Prefabrication, fully
earthquake and/or hurricane rated. The Prefab Bali
Houses
are prefabricated in such a way that the units are very easy to
re-assemble. No need to engage a
contractor to re-assemble the units since they can easily be
built with little DIY experience. Not one nail is used.
We developed a one-of-its-kind bolt-to system using factory made
threaded steel rods. This system
allows you to dismantle and move the house to any other location in
